7. Highways / Village Gateways
   To consider draft plans from Warwickshire County Council for the introduction of gateways in Ilmington, as per the HCAF grant application.

8. Highways / C48 Stratford Road
   To receive an update on the letter of support to Whitchurch Parish Meeting calling for Highways to take immediate action to maintain the C48 Ilmington to Stratford Road.

9. Mabels Farm Working Group
   To receive an update from Warwickshire Property & Development Group about the request for a meeting with the local planning authority, and consider further actions.
10. Ilmington Tennis Club
    To consider comments from Ilmington Tennis Club on the draft management agreement, and agree the council’s response. (Minute 9 of 28 August 2025 refers.)
11. Ilmington Playing Fields
    11.1 To approve an event application for a wedding on the weekend of 19 May 2026.
    11.2 To consider the request from Wellesbourne Cricket Club to hire the playing field and pavilion for the 2026 season.
    11.3 To note advice from the Wildlife Group’s ornithologist on the impact of dogs on birds in the woodland around the pond, and decide what, if any, action is required.
    11.4 To agree communication with the village about the new Community Orchard, planted on 12 November, noting that it is National Tree week on 22-30 November.
    11.5 To agree proposed planting locations and approve a full application to the ‘Free Trees for Town & Parish Councils’ scheme.
12. Mowing Contract 2026
    To approve a contract extension with Rob Hawkins for mowing the village greens at £94 per cut / £1,880 for the season.
13. Grace’s Playground
    To receive the routine playground inspection reports and agree any actions arising.
14. Finance & Admin:
    14.1 To approve the bank reconciliation to 31 October 2025.

15. Assertion 10 & Cyber Security
    15.1 To adopt an IT Policy in order to comply with the requirements of the new Assertion 10 in the Annual Governance Statement 2025–26.

    15.2 Following end of support for Microsoft Office 2016, to agree an upgrade of Clerk’s subscription to Microsoft 365 Business Standard, estimated as £89.52 annually.
16. SDC Community Grant
    To discuss potential projects and scope of a possible application to Stratford on Avon District Council Community Grant Scheme 2025.
17. Budget and Precept 2026-27
    To discuss the initial draft budget for 2026-27 and agree timetable for completion.
