12.1 To report purchase under the Clerk’s delegated authority of a new nudge bar for the height barrier at £425 ex VAT, following damage by persons unknown.
12.2 To report scrub clearance work authorised under delegated authority, undertaken by Simon Healey at £55 per hour, in preparation for orchard tree planting.
12.3 To consider further tree works around the perimeter of the field and/or pond area.
12.4 To agree proposed planting locations and approve a full application to the ‘Free Trees for Town & Parish Councils’ scheme. - Mowing Contract 2026
To consider whether to extend the mowing contracts with Simon Healey and Rob Hawkins for a further year or invite tenders for a new contract. - Council Assets: Benches
14.1 To review and update the Memorial Bench and Tree Policy.
14.2 To note that the memorial bench to John Davenport has been repaired, and agree any further actions required.
14.3 To consider request for additional plaque/repairs to the bench of Frederick Bryan. - Grace’s Playground
