    To consider a request from Whitchurch Parish Meeting to support their call for Highways to take immediate action to maintain the C48 Ilmington to Stratford Road.

  9. Mabels Farm Development / Neighbourhood Plan
    To receive a report from the Mabels Farm Working Group.
  10. New Mobile Mast
    To decide what response, if any, the council should make to Atlas Tower following the presentation on potential mast sites in the parish.

  11. Protection of Verges
    In light of new information from Highways, to review the design and location of parking posts to protect village verges.
  12. Ilmington Playing Fields
    12.1  To report purchase under the Clerk’s delegated authority of a new nudge bar for the height barrier at £425 ex VAT, following damage by persons unknown.
    12.2  To report scrub clearance work authorised under delegated authority, undertaken by Simon Healey at £55 per hour, in preparation for orchard tree planting.
    12.3  To consider further tree works around the perimeter of the field and/or pond area.
    12.4  To agree proposed planting locations and approve a full application to the ‘Free Trees for Town & Parish Councils’ scheme.
  13. Mowing Contract 2026
    To consider whether to extend the mowing contracts with Simon Healey and Rob Hawkins for a further year or invite tenders for a new contract.
  14. Council Assets: Benches
    14.1  To review and update the Memorial Bench and Tree Policy.
    14.2  To note that the memorial bench to John Davenport has been repaired, and agree any further actions required.
    14.3  To consider request for additional plaque/repairs to the bench of Frederick Bryan.
  15. Grace’s Playground
    To receive the routine playground inspection reports and agree any actions arising.
  16. Event Application
    To consider an event application for Tempo Events Winter Series (part retrospective).
  17. Finance & Admin:
    17.1  To report income of £3,900 (SDC CNN Grant), £334.89 (credit interest) and £20.63 (wayleave payment).
    17.2  To approve the bank reconciliation to 30 September 2025.
