To consider proposal to install Glenwood posts on Mickleton Road to deter parking on the verge, bearing in mind the risk of displacing the problem elsewhere. - Planning Applications:
7.1 To report any planning decisions at variance with the views of the Council.
7.2 To approve council’s response to planning applications:
26/02359/LDE (Certificate of Lawful Development): The Paddocks Armscote Road Ilmington Shipston-on-Stour 4LL CV36 4LL – Use of land as part of existing domestic garden. Comments by 29 Oct 2026
7.3 To deal with any applications notified since publication of the agenda.
7.4 To provide an update on the Mabels Farm application and agree next steps. - Ilmington Tennis Courts
To review the draft planning application and supporting documents for the proposed Padel court at Ilmington Playing Fields, assess whether any further information is required, and approve submission of the application or agree further actions. - Pond Restoration Project
To consider installing fencing around the pond to improve public safety, noting that the reallocation of £2,500 of CCNF grant funding for this purpose has been approved.

15.1 Query regarding Ilmington Parish Council plans for community resilience.
15.2 Request to place a skip and building materials on Lower Green.
15.3 Consultation on Foxcote Estate Woodland Management Plan.
15.4 Ilmington PCC request for a donation towards churchyard maintenance. - Ilmington Pavilion:
If appropriate, the Council may consider a resolution to exclude the press and public from the following items pursuant to section 2(1) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 where disclosure of information is not in the public interest.
16.1 To consider deficiencies in work undertaken and determine actions arising.
