To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 28 August 2026. - Committee Minutes
To receive minutes of the Recreation Ground Committee meeting on 18 September 2026, and consider any recommendations from the committee. - Planning Applications:
7.1 To report planning decisions at variance with the views of the Council.

7.2 26/02119/LBC: Mabels Farmhouse Back Street Ilmington Shipston-on-Stour CV36 4LJ – Proposed rebuilding of chimney in brick. Deadline: 23 Sept 2026.
7.3 26/02239/TREE: Wharf Farm House Middle Street Ilmington Shipston-on-Stour CV36 4LS – T1 – snake skin maple – Fell. T2 – hawthorn – Fell. T3 – Prunus Padus – Crown thinning by 20%. Crown lift by 1 metre. T4 – walnut – Crown thinning by 20% and crown clean. T5 – mixed hedge – Reduce by 1-2 metres. Deadline 28 Sept 2026
7.4 To deal with any applications notified since publication of the agenda. - Village Gateways
To confirm that the Parish Council would like proceed with the procurement and installation of the village gateway improvements at an estimated total shared cost of £16,650, half of which is to be paid by the Parish Council. - Other Highways Matters:
9.1 To receive an update regarding the petition calling for road safety improvements at the Darlingscott crossroads, and consider any actions arising.
9.2 To consider and approve the proposed designs and quotations for signs directing to parking on Mickleton Road, if available.
9.3 To discuss and agree bollards and/or signs to deter parking on grass verges. - Benches:
10.1 To approve purchase and installation of a new memorial bench on Lower Green, paid for by the donor in accordance with the Council’s Memorial Bench Policy.
10.2 To agree whether to repair, replace or remove the memorial bench to Lydia Saunders, given that no family members have come forward.
10.3 To consider suitable locations for a memorial bench for the Betteridge family. - Ilmington Recreation Ground
To approve a job description and advert for the recreation ground caretaker / warden.

13.1 To note income received of £23,233.50 (second half of precept).
13.2 To report transfer of £20,000 into the linked savings account.
13.3 To approve the bank reconciliation to 31 August 2026.
13.4 To receive the budget monitoring report.
13.5 To note the NJC pay award of 3.3%, backdated to 1 April 2026.
13.6 To approve payments as per the schedule.
