Do you enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in keeping things clean, safe and tidy? Ilmington Parish Council is looking for a Parish Warden to help look after our recreation ground, pavilion and other parish-owned facilities.
The role will include:
- Carrying out routine playground, building safety and water hygiene checks.
- Keeping the recreation ground and outdoor areas tidy and well maintained.
- Undertaking minor maintenance, occasional litter picking and general upkeep.
- Liaising with contractors and reporting any issues to the Parish Clerk.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and happy to work independently.
This would ideally be on a self-employed basis for 8 to 12 hours per month but we would consider an employed role.
