Compton Scorpion road will be closed on 19 September for the provision of new BT poles.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF COMPTON SCORPION ROAD, ILMINGTON

Warwickshire County Council has made a Temporary Traffic Order details as indicated below:

Effect of Order Compton Scorpion Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Ballards Lane to a point 250 metres south of Harolds Farm.
Reason for Order To enable works for the provision of new BT poles.
Order Effective from: 19 September 2023 for up to 18 months or until works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
Anticipated Completion Date: 19 September 2023.
Access & Diversion:  An alternative route will be signed and is available via: Washbrook Place, Front Street, Foxcote Hill, Foxcote, Charingworth Village to Redlands, Compton Scorpion Road and vice versa.

Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible.
