Ilmington Parish Council wants to preserve and protect the spaces and places that matter most to our community. Whether it’s a cherished local green space, the village hall, or even a historic pub, these assets contribute to the fabric of our village.
π‘ What is an Asset of Community Value (ACV)? Defined in the Localism Act 2011, an ACV is a building or land that furthers the social wellbeing or social interests of our community. If an asset is successfully listed as an ACV, it gives the community more time to put together a bid to purchase the asset if it comes up for sale.
π We Want Your Suggestions! Which local places play a key role in our community and deserve to be protected? Share your suggestions with the parish council. Let us know why the asset is important to you.
π Have Your Say: Message us, or send your suggestions via email at clerk@ilmington-pc.gov.uk. Weβd love to hear your thoughts!
Letβs work together to safeguard our community facilities for generations to come! π
