At The Wise Group, we understand that tackling fuel poverty takes more than quick fixes. That’s why our Home Energy Advice Team HEAT offers a unique, fully funded relational mentoring service — helping households across England and Wales not only through the crisis but towards long-term stability.
How We’re Different
Unlike many advice lines or short-term schemes, HEAT provides:
- Personal, one-to-one mentoring – a dedicated Energy Mentor works with each household throughout their journey, not just a single call.
- Independent, expert advocacy – we liaise directly with energy suppliers, helping to resolve disputes and reduce energy debt.
- Tailored solutions – we assess each household’s specific circumstances to unlock grants, vouchers, and efficiency upgrades.
- Long-term empowerment – our support helps people build skills and confidence to manage their energy use and bills sustainably.
