The business to be transacted at the meeting is as follows:
- Election of Chairman: To hold office until the next annual meeting of the council.
- Appointment of Vice Chairman
- Apologies for Absence

- County and District Council Reports
- Public Forum: Members of the public are invited to address Council on any relevant matter for max. 3 minutes per person. 15 minutes in total is allocated to this item.
- Confirmation of Minutes
To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 30 April 2026. - Committee Minutes
To receive minutes from the Recreation Ground Committee Meeting on 24 April.
Annual Meeting motions in accordance with standing order 5j. - Review and adoption of standing orders.
- Review and adoption of new model financial regulations;
- Review of delegation arrangements to committees, sub-committees, staff and other local authorities.

Committee terms of reference - Review of representation on or work with external bodies and arrangements for reporting back.
- Review of inventory of land and other assets (asset register).
- Confirmation of arrangements for insurance cover in respect of all insurable risks. Council is in year two of a three-year agreement with renewal quote of £1,927.16.
- Review of the Council’s and/or staff subscriptions to other bodies i.e. Warks ALC.
- Review of the Council’s complaints procedure;
- Review of the Council’s policies, procedures and practices in respect of its obligations under freedom of information and data protection legislation.
- Review of the Council’s policy for dealing with the press/media;
- Review of the Council’s employment policies and procedures;
- Determining the time and place of ordinary meetings of the Council up to and including the next annual meeting of the Council.

21.1 To report planning decisions at variance with the views of the Council.
