Public Meeting About the Proposed Mabels Farm Development
A public meeting has been called on Monday 9 February, 7:30pm at Ilmington Village Hall to gather community feedback on the proposed housing development.

Ilmington Parish Council is calling on all residents to attend a public meeting on Monday 9th February in the Village Hall.
The developer for Mabels Farm consulted with your Parish Council on its initial designs. However, pre-application advice from the local planning authority has resulted in changes to the proposal, notably the proposed access route to the site.
Come and find out what is proposed 👀, then tell us what you think about the alternative access routes to the site.
While the Parish Council does not make planning decisions, we believe it’s vitally important to provide early feedback, before the development proposal is finalised, so that local views and place-based knowledge can be understood and taken into consideration.
This is a crucial community meeting so please attend if you can. 🙏
