Ilmington is a delightful Warwickshire village which lies at the northernmost tip of the Cotswolds. Approximately 730 people live here, with many of the houses built with the local honey-coloured iron stone. It is known for the many footpaths that crisscross the village and for the remnants of its historic, multi-variety apple orchards.
Grump Street will be closed to vehicles between properties known as Holly Cottage and The Grey House from 30th April to 2nd May.
Severn Trent Water has completed a survey of the sewage system in the village and will use the data to investigate potential solutions.
To help support nature and biodiversity, Ilmington Parish Council is proposing to designate part of the dog exercise area at Ilmington Playing Fields as a host site for a Community Micro Wood.
The Order will apply to all of the Country Parks within Warwickshire and bring them in line with the civil parking enforcement regime in the council's other car parks.
