Notice of By-election for Quinton Ward
A by-election is taking place for Quinton ward – which includes Ilmington - on Thursday 20 November.
Ilmington is a delightful Warwickshire village which lies at the northernmost tip of the Cotswolds with many of the houses built with the local honey-coloured iron stone. It is known for the many footpaths that crisscross the village and for the remnants of its historic, multi-variety apple orchards.

A by-election is taking place for Quinton ward – which includes Ilmington - on Thursday 20 November.
The public footpath will be closed from 23 October to 4 November to enable network reinforcement works.
Warwickshire County Council wants to hear from anyone who lives, works or studies in the county as it starts to plan its budget for 2026/27 and Medium-Term Financial Strategy to 2031.
