Ilmington Playground: Basket Swing

The annual playground inspection at Ilmington Playground has identified some safety concerns which are currently being addressed. Unfortunately the timber posts on the basket swing are rotting and therefore the unit has been taken out of use. The frame is considered to be beyond economic repair and the council is exploring options for its replacement in the not too distant future. We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope you appreciate that the safety of users must come first.
