Ilmington Housing Needs Survey Published

The aim of the survey was to determine existing and future levels of affordable housing need.

Published: 2 February 2024

Warwickshire Rural Community Council (WRCC) was commissioned by Ilmington Parish Council to undertake a housing needs survey with the specific aim of collecting information about local housing needs within and relating to the parish, as an update to the 2017 survey.

All residents were invited to answer a series of questions relating to their current housing situation, including whether they intended to move, and if so, what type, size, tenure and location of home they would need.

WRCC has analysed the results and delivered the final report, which was received and approved by the parish council at its meeting this week.

The findings will be used to help inform what type of properties are needed in the local area when new development is proposed.

The full report is published below.
