The business to be transacted at the meeting is as follows:

  4. Public Forum: Members of the public are invited to address Council on any relevant matter for max. 3 minutes per person. 15 minutes in total is allocated to this item.
  5. Confirmation of Minutes
    To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 28 November 2024.
  6. Planning Applications:
    6.1 To note planning decisions at variance with the views of the Parish Council.
    To note responses to planning applications submitted under delegated authority:
    6.2 24/02645/FUL and 24/02646/LBC Shady Side Middle Street Ilmington Shipston-on-Stour CV36 4LS – Erection of oak framed garden room extension.
    6.3 24/02993/FUL: Sunny View Grump Street Ilmington Shipston-on-Stour CV36 4LF – Proposed alterations to roof, dormer windows and conservatory.
    6.4 24/03082/LDE: Pippin Cottage Front Street Ilmington Shipston-on-Stour CV36 4LX – Certificate of Lawfulness to establish the lawful commencement of application 22/01087/FUL, for the construction of one dwelling and associated vehicular access, has occurred.
    6.5 To consider any applications notified since publication of the agenda.
    6.6 To consider invitation to a meeting with Warwickshire Property Development Group (WPDG) to discuss a land swap to enable access from Mickleton Road to the proposed development at Mabels Farm.
  7. Grace’s Playground
    7.1 To determine further actions following the site meeting with ESP Play.
    7.2 To receive the routine inspection report(s) and consider any actions arising.
    7.3 To consider options for playground sign(s) acknowledging donors.
  8. Ilmington Playing Fields
    8.1 To consider purchase of new posts and a field gate by the bowls club.
    8.2 To consider purchase of padlocks for the height barrier.
  9. Ilmington Pavilion
    9.1 To consider options for the future management of Ilmington Pavilion.
    9.2 To consider how utilities and maintenance costs are shared among sports clubs.
    9.3 To discuss response from Tempo Events regarding hire fees.
    9.4 To consider request from Tennis Club about sharing external hire fees.
    9.5 To grant delegated authority to the Clerk to commission the boiler service, fire safety inspection, and any other routine servicing or inspection of the Pavilion.
  10. Budget 2025-26:
    10.1 To approve the budget for 2025-26.
    10.2 To confirm the precept request for 2025-26.

  11. Finance & Admin:
    11.1 To note income received of £4,499.14 (CIL) and £471.92 (credit interest).
    11.2 To approve the bank reconciliation to 31 December 2024.
    11.3 To receive the budget monitoring report for the year to date.
